1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.odgtraders.com and the ODG Traders mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Educational & Informational Purpose Only

ODG Traders is an educational trading platform providing mentorship, trade analysis, educational courses, and market commentary. We are NOT a licensed financial institution, broker, or registered investment advisor.

• →None of the content, signals, or mentorship discussions constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell financial instruments.
• →Trading forex, CFDs, and financial markets carries substantial risk of capital loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• →You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and financial risk management.
• →You are strongly encouraged to consult with an independent licensed financial advisor before making trading decisions.

3. Accounts and Registration

• →You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
• →You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• →You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
• →Account sharing, reselling, or unauthorized distribution of mentorship materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscriptions and Access

ODG Traders provides educational mentorship access through multi-platform subscriptions.

• →Subscription plans grant access to educational materials, webinars, and signal breakdowns for the duration of the active membership.
• →Platform access may be modified or updated periodically to improve educational delivery.
• →All membership fees are non-refundable once the subscription period commences, except where required by applicable consumer law.

5. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account at any time directly through the mobile application (Profile > Delete Account) or by contacting support@odgtraders.com. Upon deletion:

• →Your personal profile data, trading journal records, and device tokens will be permanently removed from our active database.
• →We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our conduct policies, distribute platform content unlawfully, or attempt to compromise platform security.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on ODG Traders, including course videos, trading materials, graphics, branding, and written guides, is the proprietary property of ODG Traders and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ODG Traders, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in financial markets, technical interruptions, or your reliance on any platform commentary.
